Inventory
The Inventory module provides a detailed look into your products. Use this module when you want to manage your existing products, create new products, or view into your warehouses to see where your product is located. You can also create purchase orders, manage returns and maintain your vendors.
Product Management
Manage the lifecycle of your products with Product Management. Use this function to perform actions like: creating products, updating and maintaining product description, and setting the dimensions, pricing, postage and handling for a product.
Returns Management
Use this function to manage the entire returns process from issuing a returns authorization to processing the return back to good or bad inventory. You can even issue the customer a credit, if required.
Purchase Order Management
Create purchase orders for finished goods and inventory items. Use this function to create and manage the purchase order process. This function also includes the receipt of inventory against a purchase order.
Inventory Management
This function allows you to look up, adjust, move, and track all for your inventory transactions. Create warehouse location and assign products to those locations from here.
Order Entry
Create new orders for customers. This function will walk you through the steps needed to create the order and allow you to submit it to the database.
Vendors Management
Create and maintain vendors. Use this function to create and maintain all the necessary data about your vendors.
Product Review
Review the detailed information about a product such as: Product Description, Warehouse location, Inventory Transactions, and Purchasing Activity. Product Review is for viewing only.
